The suspect of the alleged drive-by shooting Aug. 18 appeared in Magistrate Court Tuesday morning.
Xavier Rhone, 18, is charged with going armed with intent, intimidation with a weapon, carrying weapons, two counts of assault while displaying a weapon and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Rhone is held on $22,000 bond and has a preliminary hearing set for Sept. 3.
Police arrested Rhone Monday evening after an anonymous tip was called in.
Police pulled over the tan Buick Rhone was driving at the time and he was arrested without incident.
He allegedly shot twice at a Fort Dodge at a home at 1603 Third Ave. N. from a black four-door car. Later that day, police towed a car they believed to be used in the shooting.
Rhone allegedly assaulted Tykay Dieckman and Tyler Vandivier while pointing a hand gun at them, charging documents say.
Charging documents also say he shot the gun. No one was injured in the alleged shooting.
Diekman said that she saw the shooting on Aug. 18.
"The car drove by and there was a gunshot," Diekman said. "Then he shot again in the driveway."
The car then drove around the corner, she said.
The criminal mischief charge stems from an incident on July 17.
Rhone allegedly threw a baseball-sized rock through the living room window and screen of the 1603 Third Ave. N. home.
Online court records show Rhone faces two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, however he only faces one count. The second charge was filed erroneously.
