Decker aids St. Edmond during water main break

April 6, 2014
Messenger News
During the recent water line break at Saint Edmond, water infiltrated the main freezer in the school kitchen. Employees were forced to remove all the frozen food items and shut off the freezer to thaw the intruding water.
Melinda Stewart, director of the hot lunch program, called Decker Truck Line Inc. and asked if they could spare a refrigerated truck for an indefinite time. Decker delivered a trailer that day.
St. Edmond School President Mary Gibb is shown standing by the trailer.
