Tanner J. King, who pleaded guilty last month to his role in a fire that destroyed a Fort Dodge business, has filed a motion to rescind his guilty plea.
King, 23, of Fort Dodge, filed the motion in arrest of judgment late last week.
King had pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting second-degree arson, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and possession of a firearm as a felon last month.
Judge Kurt Wilke has scheduled a hearing for the motion next Monday.
