The sixth-ranked Iowa Central women cruised to a 75-45 victory over Iowa Lakes on Saturday inside Hodges Fieldhouse.
With the victory, the Tritons (19-4 overall, 8-3 ICCAC) moved into second place of the ICCAC. They're one game ahead of No. 7 Kirkwood (7-4) and three games behind No. 1 NIACC (11-0).
"This was a big win for us,'' said Iowa Central head coach Craig Carlson. "It moved us into second place after DMACC upset Kirkwood today.''

St. Edmond graduate Lydia Harvey led the Tritons with 23 points and four assists.
Katie Dentlinger checked in with 19 and Miliakere Koyamainavure had 11 and eight rebounds to go along with four steals.
"We didn't settle for the three, which was good for us,'' Carlson said. "We had six three's in the first half and took the ball to the basket, which we needed to do.

"Defensively we had a very good effort and (Ashley) Ray did a nice job stepping in for Doyle."
The Tritons are back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Council Bluffs to face Iowa Western.
