EAGLE GROVE - A woman has been arrested and her husband is being sought by Eagle Grove Police after being charged with sexual abuse.
Diana Guido, 49, and Leonardo Guido-Acosta, 40, both of Goldfield, are each charged with second-degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. Guido is also charged with indecent exposure.
Investigators began looking into the couple after the Department of Human Services filed a report with the Eagle Grove Police Department, according to Police Capt. Josh Kuisle.
Guido was arrested on Tuesday. Online court records indicate she has been released from jail after posting bond.
According to the criminal complaint filed against her, Guido is accused of sexually assaulting an unidentified female child who was between the ages of 10 and 11 at the time of the abuse. She also allegedly showed the victim "obscene material."
Guido's initial appearance is scheduled for today at 1 p.m.
While Guido has been arrested, her husband is still being sought by Eagle Grove Police. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
