EAGLE GROVE - Ruth Lindhart Wooster the daughter of Lawrence and Esther (Blomker) Lindhart, was born in Humboldt, Iowa on December 27, 1920. She graduated from Humboldt High School in 1938 and lived in Humboldt until she married Fritz Wooster, who was a Captain in the U.S. Army, on June 1, 1945. She remained very close to her siblings and loved to travel with her sisters to visit her sister Kathy in San Diego. Until her health prevented it, she also made a yearly visit to California to see her son Fritz and his family. She traveled to Hawaii and Europe, but spent her most beloved times at the family cabin at Lake Jefferson in Minnesota. Each year since 1966 she gathered with all of her children and grandchildren for a noisy and crowded reunion that recently included great grandchildren. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother who will be missed by her family.
