Study Club raises funds for JOY of Reading

The Fort Dodge Study Club raised $13,000 at the Down Home Giving event in 2013 to support the JOY of Reading, an initiative of the Emily Joy Averill Foundation that promotes literacy skills to all Fort Dodge second-graders. The efforts assisted the foundation in providing books, incentives for the children and iPads for the classrooms.
