No. 11 Titans

LAKE CITY - The 11th-ranked (Class 2A) South Central Calhoun girls rolled to a 70-21 victory over West Bend-Mallard Friday night.

Haley Birks tallied a season-high 28 points for the unbeaten Titans (5-0 overall), while Michaela Graffunder added seven.

For the Wolverines (0-5), Lauren Link led the way with seven points.

SIOUX RAPIDS - The third-ranked (Class 2A) Manson Northwest Webster girls easily downed Sioux Central by a 78-43 final Friday night.

Ellie Herzberg, a University of Northern Iowa commit, poured in a game-high 29 points for the Cougars (5-0 overall, 1-0 in the Twin Lakes Conference).

Faith Troshynski (16) and Jocelyn Keller (12) were the other top offensive performers for Manson Northwest Webster.

Bailey McGuire paced the Rebels (2-5, 0-1) with 11 points.

SAC CITY - The top-ranked Newell-Fonda girls picked up a 74-48 victory over East Sac County on Friday night.

Renee Maneman led the Mustangs with 20 points. Brianna Wells added 13 and Claudia Larsen had 12.

Jordan Fischer (14), Makayla Ernst (13) and Shae Blum (11) reached double figures.

Elle Ruffridge scored a game-high 20 points for the Indians (4-1 overall), while Hannah Stafford added 16.

For the Warriors (1-4), Izzy Hinkeldey led the way with six points.
