Clayton held on bond

Adarius K. Clayton, the man accused of robbing the Coalville Stop N Shop and leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase Wednesday, was ordered held on $40,000 bond Thursday morning during Webster County Magistrate Court.

Clayton, 18, also had his preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 8.

He has been charged with first-degree robbery, felony eluding, second-degree theft and possession of offensive weapons. Clayton is also facing traffic violations, including two counts of failure to obey a stop sign, violation of one-way traffic, and manner of conveyance.

Clayton's alleged passenger during the robbery, Adranna Trevino, is facing charges of failing to appear for an arraignment and probation violation. She is being held on $8,000 bond.
