A man killed in a rollover accident early Saturday morning has been identified as Christopher Fowler.
Fowler, 32, of Farnhamville, was found dead outside of his white pickup truck near Paragon Avenue and Mill Road.
Sheriff Jim Stubbs said deputies received a call around 3:03 a.m. Saturday saying there was a pickup truck that was rolled over in a ditch. When deputies arrived, they found the pickup in the ditch on Paragon Avenue. Stubbs said deputies also found Fowler, who had been ejected from the vehicle and was laying in the ditch near the truck.
Fowler was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only person in the vehicle.
An investigation into the crash revealed Fowler most likely "failed to negotiate the curve" as he was traveling south on Paragon.
It's also believed that Fowler was not wearing a seat belt.
