The possible existence of extraterrestrial life will be examined at Lifetree Cafe at noon and 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cana, 18 S. Third St.
This Lifetree event features an exclusive filmed interview with Stan Romanek, who has reported more than 100 extraterrestrial encounters. The film explores his personal stories of alien abduction.
Romanek wrote "Messages: The World's Most Documented Extraterrestrial Contact Stories." His video of an alien-looking figure peeking in his window has attracted the attention of UFO enthusiasts as well as skeptics.
"Thoughts of life on other planets have implications that fascinate some people and scare others," said Lifetree Cafe representative Craig Cable. This Lifetree event will invite accounts from local people who believe they've seen unidentified flying objects.
The Lifetree film also includes an interview with a former Washington attorney who explains a 2009 Vatican announcement about the possibility of life on other planets.
