Fort Dodge police have identified Devone M. Hameed, 21, of Fort Dodge, as the suspect in an attempted murder case from Friday, and are asking the public's help in finding him.
Hameed is alleged to have shot Cameron D. Carodine, 23, of Fort Dodge, early Friday afternoon. Carodine was treated for an injury to his hip and released later that day.
Hameed is being sought on an attempted murder warrant, according to Police Chief Tim Carmody.

Webster County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward leading to Hameed's arrest and conviction.
Hameed is described as a black man who is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 140 lbs. He also has the name "Desirae" tattooed on his chest.
Carmody asked anybody with information on Hameed to call the Fort Dodge Police Department at 573-1426 or Webster County Crime Stoppers at 573-1444.
