Theft, third-degree - Erin Leigh Hanus, 31, Duncombe, $2,000 bail, trial scheduled for June 14.

Possession of methamphetamine - Rusty Curry, 31, 1423 N. 28th St. preliminary hearing scheduled for June 21.

Possession of marijuana - Ian Creery, 27, Lawrence, Kan. $1,000 bail, preliminary hearing scheduled for June 14.

Carrying weapons - Steven Eugene Taylor, 60, Duncombe, preliminary hearing scheduled for June 21.

Stiles charged with manufacturing meth

Erica Stiles, 29, of 810 21st Ave. in Manson was charged Saturday morning in Webster County Magistrate Court with one count of manufacturing methamphetamine under 5 grams.

According to the complaint, Stiles is alleged to have had possession of a "one pot" vessel that contained items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine and that she admitted to law enforcement she was trying to make the substance.

The incident happened on June 7, 2013 at 477 N. 27th St. in Fort Dodge.

Magistrate Steve Kersten set bond at $50,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing and bond review for June 14.

Manufacturing methamphetamine under 5 grams is a Class C Felony.

In addition, Stiles was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts. Both a simple misdemeanor offenses and were continued 180 days by Kersten.
