The St. Edmond girls tennis team rolled past Webster City by an 8-1 final here Monday at Butler Courts.

Mary Eide, Ellen Chalstrom, Claire Crimmins, Emilee Mobley, Jasmine Myers and Madeline Baldwin all contributed singles victories for the Gaels (6-2 overall).

In doubles play, the duos of Crimmins and Mobley and Myers and Baldwin each managed wins.

"We just played them on Saturday (SEHS blanked the Lynx by a 5-0 count Saturday in 1A team regionals), so we kind of knew what to expect," said Gael head coach Tyler Philipsen.

Class 1A individual regionals are set for 9 a.m. Thursday in Norwalk.
