WEBSTER CITY - The St. Edmond girls golf team came home in seventh place Monday at the North Central Conference meet.
Clear Lake earned team honors behind meet-medalist Malorie Fischels' 83.
Bishop Garrigan was second, followed by Humboldt, Algona, Hampton-Dumont, Clarion-Goldfield, the Gaels, Eagle Grove, Iowa Falls-Alden and Webster City.
Alexa Capesius finished second from Garrigan, while Savanah Schnetzer of Humboldt was third.
Leading the Gaels was Melissa Mikos, who shot a 101. Emma Halligan followed with a 103, Maggie Fitzgerald a 107 and Lauren Moeding a 122.
Autumn Essing (131) and Mya Lacina (137) were the other St. Edmond golfers.

The Gaels return to action Thursday when they face Fort Dodge at the Country Club.
To make up for several missed duals, St. Edmond used the first nine holes of action at the NCC meet to determine three meets.
The Gaels defeated Webster City, 215-254. Halligan was meet-medalist with a 50. They also edged Hampton-Dumont, 215-217, and placed third in a triangular with Clarion-Goldfield (205) and Algona (210).
