Dr. Mary-Lou Ernst-Woodhouse is opening a Family Dermatology office at 1534 28th Ave. N. and will begin seeing patients on May 15.
Ernst-Woodhouse, D.O., F.A.O.C.D., is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in treating diseases and conditions of the skin, hair and nails.
She and husband Dr. Don Woodhouse have lived in Webster City for 14 years. She opened the Webster City office of Family Dermatology in 2003. Ernst-Woodhouse attended medical school at Des Moines University and completed her internship at Des Moines General Hospital. Her dermatology residency was completed at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio.
She became board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology in 1999. She became of fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology in 2005 and is an adjunct professor of dermatology at Des Moines University.
