Sarah Anne Jack, R.N., Trinity Hospice, has been honored as the 2013 Compassionate Caregiver presented annually at the Trinity Hospice Ball.
Jack began working as a nurse case manager for Trinity Hospice in May 2011. She had previously worked for Mountain Hospice in Marlinton, W.Va. She recently accepted the position of team leader for Trinity Hospice.
