Mandell Clark was arrested on Tuesday on charges of sexual abuse, willful injury and first-degree theft.
He's accused of sexually abusing a Fort Dodge woman early Saturday morning.
He was ordered held on $80,000 bond by Magistrate Steve Kersten during his initial appearance Wednesday morning.
Clark's preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.
