A Fort Dodge man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Holiday Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Bill Woehl claimed his prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at The Station, 2320 N. 15th St.
