To the editor:
During one of my recent lunch-hour trips to Walmart, I threw my packages in the car and headed back to work. Just a few blocks away, I realized my purse had not made the trip. Yes, I had a senior moment and left my purse in the cart. In a panic, I turned around and headed back only to find the cart in place with no purse visible.
I checked with the service desk and, as I said a silent prayer, they said no purse had been found. They advised me to make a police report right away. Just then, a Walmart employee came up with my purse and advised that a lady had turned it in to them.
Bless the honest person that turned it in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I will not be asking for an iPhone or iPad for Christmas this year, as God is and always will be truly the best form of wireless communication we have.
