MANSON - The Manson Northwest Webster girls cruised to a 50-23 victory over Southeast Webster-Grand on Friday.
Ellie Herzberg, a University of Northern Iowa recruit, paced the 15th-ranked (Class 2A) Cougars (2-1 overall) with a game-high 11 points, while Faith Troshynski and Jocelyn Keller each added 10 points.
Tracy Oeltjenbruns led the Eagles (1-1) with 10 points.

IOWA FALLS - The Webster City girls came out on the short end of a 52-35 decision against Iowa Falls-Alden Friday night.
Kelsey Lindmark tallied a team-high 11 points for the Lynx (0-3 overall, 0-2 North Central Conference).
Emily Elm and Rachel Kauffman each added eight points for Webster City.

Sam Helmke led the Eagles (1-3, 1-2) with six.

ROCKWELL CITY - The South Central Calhoun girls posted a convincing 45-29 triumph over Pocahontas Area Friday night.
Haley Birks powered the unbeaten Titans (3-0 overall) with a game-high 15 points, while Andee Hammen and SaDee White each netted eight points.
For the Indians (1-2), Hannah Stafford tallied seven points.
