WEBSTER CITY — Gloria Whitledge, of Webster City, and formerly of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 70th birthday with an open house at 2 p.m. Nov. 4 at 1337 Division St., in Webster City.

Gloria Gilbert was born Nov. 5, 1942. She worked at Becker Florist for 16 years and retired in 1997.
