To the editor:
I had to opportunity to work with many supervisors over my career. As the Webster County Community Services Administrator, I had the opportunity to work with Supervisor Clark Fletcher on a daily basis. Clark Fletcher is one of the best. I would urge voters of Webster County's Supervisor District 5 to vote for Clark. A man of integrity and intelligence, Clark listens, quickly grasps what he is hearing and asks great questions for clarification and understanding. A businessman, he understands budgets, finances, management and employees. Having done his homework, he comes prepared for meetings and offers constructive ideas. He thoughtfully and articulately expresses his opinions. He is a strong leader who strives daily to best address the needs and concerns of the citizens of Webster County. For Webster County to continue on a path of excellence, we need his leadership on the Board of Supervisors. Vote for Clark Fletcher, Supervisor for District 5.
