Local author Angel Scott will hold a book signing from 1 to 3 p.m. Oct. 20 at Book World at the Crossroads Mall.
Scott recently published "Weekend Gone Wrong." The book follows Chad and Elizabeth, two authors who are kidnapped and thrown into a terrifying situation.
The book is made for adults. Scott's husband Tim Scott described it as "like '50 Shades of Gray,' but with more intense issues." The book is for sale at Book World and Amazon.com.
