This launches the LESS is MORE - Life Enrichment Senior Series is Making Our Retirement Exceptional - educational series with the focus being on emotional wellness.

Emotional wellness is only one of the six dimensions of health, the others being physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and vocational. The series is intended to explore Snow, a dementia expert and advocate, trains and consults for agencies, facilities and families.each dimension in depth and to help seniors understand what healthy aging encompasses.
