To the editor:
National 4-H Week is October 7-13. 4-H is a wonderful youth program that has many opportunities like State Conference, Webster County Fair, many trips like Citizen Washington Focus in Washington, D.C., and doing interesting activities. I have been a 4-H member for seven years and have learned communication, leadership, and citizenship skills. It has really helped me grow as a person because of these skills. I am vice president of my club and take pride in showing leadership to the younger members in the club. I encourage any student fourth grade and higher to participate in this amazing organization.
