MANSON - Randy Besch, of Heartland Insurance Agency Inc., Manson, completed a series of educational courses and has achieved the On Your Side farm certified agent designation from Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Co., Des Moines.
The training program educates agents on farming operations, basic risk assessment and matching coverage to meet customer needs.
Besch joined Heartland Bank in 2006 and lives with his family in Manson.
