Tim Heller recently joined Northwoods Living, a service of Opportunity Village, as team leader of Northwoods' intermediate care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities, 1470 21st Ave. N.
Heller has worked in the human services field for 18 years and has 15 years of supervisory and administrative experience. He has worked for several human services agencies in Iowa including Rabiner Treatment Center, Fort Dodge.
As team leader, Heller is responsible for the oversight of the ICF/ID. Heller graduated with a master's degree in social work from the University of Iowa, a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Upper Iowa University and an associate of arts degree in human services from Northeast Iowa Community College.
He and wife Blanche, who is also employed with Northwoods Living, have children and stepchildren.
