BADGER — Tom and Judy Schwanz, of Badger, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. at Badger Lutheran Church on July 15.

Their family includes daughter Tammi and Hank Trites, of Granville, Ohio; and Jill and Paul Eldal, of Moorland. Son Joel is deceased. They have three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Tom Schwanz and Judy Christenson were married July 15, 1962, at Christ Lutheran Church, in Fort Dodge. He is retired from W&H Co-op, of Humboldt. She owned and operated Judy’s Styling Salon and later retired from the Fort Dodge Community School System.
