The Fort Dodge City Council will meet today to discuss the necessary licenses for a proposed new store that will sell liquor.
The council will meet at noon in the Municipal Building, 819 First Ave. S.
The elected officials will consider issuing a retail liquor license and a cigarette permit for the New Star Mini Mart at 1923 Fifth Ave. S.
Those licenses were on the council's agenda for Monday's meeting, but action on them was tabled.
