LEHIGH - The annual Border Plains School Community Picnic will be held at the Lehigh Senior Citizens Center at noon Saturday. Dinner will be a potluck.
The Border Plains School was originally located north of Lehigh and closed in 1959. The school building is now at the Fort Museum in Fort Dodge.
All former teachers, students, and friends of the Border Plains School are welcome to attend.
