Ann C. Hogan, 82, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Monday June 4, 2012 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 7th at 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church with Rev. Shane Deman officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in Corpus Christi Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, where there will be a Catholic Daughters of America Rosary at 4:30 p.m. and a vigil at 7:00 p.m.
Survivors include her sons, Dennis and his wife Mary Fennell of Barrington, RI; Tom and his wife Muriel Hogan of Minneapolis, MN; Bill and his wife Sandy Hogan and Greg and his wife Darlene Hogan both of Fort Dodge; daughters, Sally Poesch and her husband Lowell and Sandy Tilton and her husband Don (Jay) both of Minneapolis, MN; daughter-in-law, Dixie Baedke-Hogan of Duncombe; son-in-law, Steve Ramsden of Muscatine; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her brother, Foster Rutledge of Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward B. and Florence C. (Myers) Rutledge; husband Harold J. in 2004; daughter, Peggy Ramsden; sons, Mike, Pat, and Matt Hogan; brothers, Joe and Eddie Rutledge; and sisters, Frances Pearson and Sue Rutledge.
Ann C. Rutledge was born on May 4, 1930 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools here and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. On September 14, 1949 she was united in marriage to Harold J. Hogan at Corpus Christi Church and they made their home on a farm east of Fort Dodge. In April of 2004 the couple moved into Fort Dodge.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and long time member of Holy Trinity Parish.
