Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Our Lady of Good Counsel, Court No. 216, has awarded two $500 scholarships to eighth-graders entering their freshman year at St. Edmond for tuition assistance. Recipients are John Woodruff, son of Don and Michelle Woodruff, and Harrison Mayer, son of Anthony and Kathy Mayer.
To be eligible a student must be Catholic, attending St. Edmond in the fall and turn in a written essay on why he or she would like to be considered for the scholarship, along with and three letters of recommendation.
