ROCKWELL CITY - The Calhoun County Seniors and Lawmen Together will meet at 9:30 a.m. today at the Calhoun County Public Health training area, 501 Court St., Rockwell City. At 9 a.m., free blood pressure checks will be provided by Calhoun County Public Health.
Shelly Schossow will discuss Public Health's Healthy Homes program. This program looks at various health and safety risks in a home such as radon, carbon monoxide, lead-based paint, and moisture problems. A Healthy Homes visit can help homeowners or renters troubleshoot issues they may have, according to Calhoun County Public Health.
The meeting is co-sponsored by Calhoun County Law Enforcement Agencies and Calhoun County Public Health.
