Calisesi reappointed to state board

Dr. John D. Calisesi, a Fort Dodge chiropractor of 36 years, was reappointed to the Iowa Board of Chiropractic by Gov. Terry Branstad.

Formerly know as the Iowa Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the IBC is a branch of the Iowa Department of Public Health. The IBC functions in the licensure of chiropractic physicians in Iowa. It regulates continued education requirements, license renewal and disciplinary procedures. The IBC strives for continuous improvement to promote and protect the health of Iowans. During his two previous terms of six years, he has served as chairman of the Discipline and Continued Education Committees, Calisesi is a lifelong resident of Fort Dodge and is married to wife Elizabeth.
