The Fort Dodge Area Gardeners' Annual Garden Seminar will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on March 3 in the auditorium of the BioScience & Tech Building on the Iowa Central Community College campus.
Speakers and their topics this year will be Elvin McDonald, Friends Director at the Des Moines Botanical Center - "A Garden Makes a House a Home"; and Dr Cynthia Hanes, Professor at the Iowa State University Horticulture Department - "Alternatives to Aggressive Perennials."
The Garden Seminar is sponsored by the Fort Dodge Area Gardeners, Webster County Extension Service, Iowa Master Gardeners, and Iowa Central Community College.
Door prizes and refreshments will be available. Admission ie free and open to the public.
