FD man accused of selling meth
A Fort Dodge man has been arrested on charges of selling methamphetamine.
Damal Clayton, 22, of Fort Dodge, is accused of selling 1.88 grams of meth to another person, according to the criminal complaint from the Webster County attorney's office.
The alleged incident happened on Sept. 8, 2010, according to court documents.
Clayton has been charged with delivery of a schedule two controlled substance, a Class C felony.
He made his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court Friday morning. At the hearing, Magistrate Bruce Cornell ordered Clayton held on $50,000 bond, and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 24.
