Bill Dutcher and Tom Hemann, owners, and Paul Hemann, senior master instructor, have opened Hemann Tae Kwon Do at 2406 9 1/2 Ave., in the Youth Shelter Center.
They will provided beginner to advanced instruction in Tae Kwon Do, including tiny tots classes.
Dutcher is a sixth-degree black belt, and Tom Hemann is a fifth-degree black belt.
