Todd McCubbin is the recipient of the December 2011 Fort Dodge Correctional Facility Employee Spotlight Award.
This monthly award was established to recognize individuals who have performed outstanding work, demonstrated a commitment to a team atmosphere, participated in a major accomplishment, or are/were involved in a project or event in the operation of the facility or in the community.
Webster began his career with the Department of Corrections at FDCF on July 31, 1991, as a correctional officer.
On Sept. 4, 2009, he was promoted to a correctional counselor.
