Kenneth Scholtens has been hired as an automotive instructor at Iowa Central Community College.
Scholtens attended Triton College, River Grove, Ill., and studied in the automotive and welding programs. He worked for more than 20 years for General Motors, reaching World Class Technician status in 2007. Scholtens also holds ASE Master Automotive Technician certification, ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification and ASE Undercar Specialist certification.
He lives in Lohrville with wife Barb and four children.
