Cox, DeWitt join Grama Beth’s

GOLDFIELD - Mike Cox and Lindsay DeWitt have joined the staff at Grama Beth's Kitchen, Goldfield, as chefs.

Cox grew up on a farm in Wisconsin and after graduating from high school in 1987, enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He was stationed in Italy and traveled extensively throughout the Mediterranean Sea region. He attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore, Wis., where he graduated with high honors with an associate degree in culinary management. He previously served as executive chef at Red's Supper Club, Cuba City, Wis.

DeWitt is a 2004 graduate of Eagle Grove High School. She also attended college at Southwest Wisconsin Technical, graduating with high honors and an associate degree in culinary management.

Grama Beth's Kitchen is owned by Roger and Beth Collins, Livermore.
