David Thoel is a recipient of a September Fort Dodge Correctional Facility Employee Spotlight Award.
This monthly award was established to recognize individuals who have performed outstanding work, demonstrated a commitment to a team atmosphere, or is/were involved in a project or event in the operation of the facility or in the community.
Thoel began his career with the Department of Corrections at FDCF on Jan. 7, 2000, as a correctional officer.
