Sandi Symens, ARNP, NP-C, has joined Drs. Birkett, Francis, Nguyen, Stitt and Dawn Peterson at Trimark Family Practice Associates, 1428 Second Ave. N.
Symens has special interests in family medicine and women's health. She is a graduate of Mount Mercy College School of Nursing, graduating in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in nursing and Clarkson College, Omaha, with an advanced registered nurse practitioner degree.
She and husband Jon are graduates of Webster City High School. They live in rural Duncombe with their two children.
