SAC CITY - Judge Gary McMinimee announced today that Tracey Richter-Roberts, accused of a 2001 murder in Early, will continue to be held on $1 million bond.
However, he stated that cash-only would be too excessive, and stated that her bond is now cash or surety.
If she is released on bond, Richter-Roberts will be electronically monitored, and will live with her parents in Rembrandt. She also will not be allowed to be leave unless she is meeting with her pretrial release supervisor.
She is accused of killing 20-year-old Dustin Wehde in her Early home in December 2001.
