Wyatt Ballou, a Tae Kwon Do Student at the Midwest Combat Arts Federation competed in the Iowa Games on July 17, winning a gold medal for his division in sparring. Wyatt is 13 years old and has earned a blue belt at the MWCAF, formerly Hemann Martial Arts & Fitness. At right is Adam Smith of East Clear Lake, the third-place winner.
