Trinity Health Partners will offer community blood profiles on July 14. Profiles include a chemistry panel, PSA and TSH screens.
Appointments are required and may be made by calling Dorothy Griffin at 574-6505.
The screening will be at the Crossroads Mall, in the south wing next to Sears.
Cost for the chemistry panel, which includes several different test results, such as cholesterol, blood sugar, liver enzymes and kidney function, is $25; PSA, a screen for prostrate cancer, is $25; and TSH, a screen for thyroid function, is $25; CBC, a screen for hemoglobin, hematocrit, WBC RBC and platelets, is $20; HA1c, a test for known diabetics, is $20. All three tests can be completed with a single blood sample.
