Local students compete at Iowa Central Business Competition Day

Iowa Central Community College hosted its annual Business Competition Day recently with nearly 230 students from 16 local high schools competing.
Students competed in 22 areas. The top three students in each category received a medal with other top finishers receiving a certificate of competition. The winner in each category also received a $100 scholarship to Iowa Central.
Agbeze Onuma II, of Clarion-Goldfield, was the $500 Business Department Scholarship winner. He won the scholarship for his 250-word essay about his collegiate and career goals.
