DAYTON — Melissa Sandholm and Mitchell Anderson, both of Dayton, are engaged.
Parents of the couple are Brent and Barb Sandholm, of Fort Dodge, and Roger and Pat Anderson, of Duncombe.
A June 11 wedding is planned.
Sandholm is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in exercise sport science, and the University of Nevada with a master’s degree in educational leadership. She is a PRN certified athletic trainer at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge and is pursuing a nursing degree at Iowa Central Community College.
Anderson has been driving semi for the past 11 years and has been the owner/operator of Mitch Anderson Trucking in Dayton for the past eight years. He pulls his own hopper for local elevators and hauls livestock.
