Dennis Crotts, 43, of Fort Dodge went home to meet his maker on Thursday, November 26, 2009 due to complications from a car accident. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel. The family will greet friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Dennis was born in Emmetsburg, IA on December 15, 1965 to Denny and Nancy (Kloss) Crotts. He was a graduate from Fort Dodge Senior High School and Iowa Central Community College. He worked for Electrolux and then for Montezuma Manufacturing as a Tool and Die Maker. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his dog Sonny. His great smile and sense of humor would light up any room.

Dennis is survived by his daughters, Jessica Diane Hay of Fort Dodge and Kaylee Nicole Bell of Webster City, IA; his parents, Denny and Nancy Crotts of Fort Dodge; brothers, Bart (Sarah) Crotts, John (Misty) Crotts and Danny Crotts all of Fort Dodge; aunt Wilma (Kenneth) Veerhusen of Cedar Rapids, IA; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bernice Kloss Halligan and Odile Crotts.

Memorials may be directed to the family for their further discretion.
