Madeline Peterson, former art student at Manson Northwest Webster Schools, has been named a first-place winner in the Scholastic Co.'s Push up and Create Art contest.She was awarded a $250 gift card and other prizes. Peterson is the daughter of Aaron and Amy Peterson. The family recently moved to Missouri.
